Step 3.  E-mail to info@forlessmls.com the pictures of your home in jpeg format. If you need to mail them, send us an E-mail and we will provide you with the mailing address.

We create and post your listing with the Multiple Listing Service and send you the listing. The listing appears on realtor.com the MLS websites and other sites. Realtors have access to your listing immediately. It takes a couple of days for it to be available on-line for the public and for your picture to appear.

If you want a premium listing on realtor.com rather than the one you get with our service for free the charge is $199 (remember that your listing appears on realtor.com in any event). The Premium Listing includes six photos, the “Showcase” designation, your entire property description up to 2500 characters (not just two sentences) and a link to your own personal contact information (name, phone, fax, email, website, etc.) for the public and consumers. Without the Premium Listing this information is not available on any website.
