Premium Realtor.com Listing

If you want a premium listing on realtor.com rather than the one you get with our service for free the charge is $199 (remember that your listing appears on realtor.com in any event). The Premium Listing includes six photos, the “Showcase” designation, your entire property description up to 2,500 characters (not just two sentences) and a link to your own personal contact information (name, phone, fax, email, website, etc.) for the public and consumers. Without the Premium Listing this information is not available on any website.

3.) The listing price of the property and all improvements that are offered for sale shall be listed in the Property Profile and the seller(s) has (have) the sole responsibility of the listing price.
4.) Seller(s) agree(s) to give notice to Broker within 24 hours of the date when a contract is executed and becomes a pending sale and the date when the property closes. The failure to do so may result in a possible fine to the Broker, which will then be charged to the Seller(s).
5.) Seller(s) agrees that under the Fair Housing Act, Seller(s) may not ask or expect the sale of Seller(s)' property to be restricted according to race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, age or national origin.
6.) The person submitting electronic signature to this Agreement warrants and represents that he/she(they) is(are) authorized to enter into this Agreement.
7.) Seller(s) has (have) fully reviewed this Agreement and warrants the accuracy of all information submitted on the Property Profile and agree(s) to indemnify and to save and hold harmless Broker and those relying on information contained in this Agreement for and against damages resulting from any inaccuracy and/or the Seller(s) failure to disclose any information.
8.) Seller(s) agree(s) that before they seek to charge-back any charges made to a credit card in connection with this Agreement whether for Broker’s commission, other fees or otherwise, they shall as preconditions first notify Broker by certified mail, return receipt requested, at 4137 N. Hermitage Avenue, Chicago, Ill. 60613 of their desire and then discuss the same with Broker's agent at 773-248-4905. If such preconditions are met, a chargeback is attempted and Broker obtains initial re-crediting of the chargeback, Seller(s)' credit card shall be charged $500 for each chargeback which by his/her/their signature he/she/they hereby irrevocably authorize. If such preconditions are not met and a chargeback is attempted, Seller(s)’ credit card will be charged $500 for each chargeback which by his/her/their signature he/she/they hereby irrevocably authorize.
9.) In connection with any litigation or dispute arising out of this Agreement or the listing created hereby, Broker shall recover all costs incurred including all attorneys' fees and costs by charge to Seller(s)’ credit card which by their signature they hereby authorize
